Golden Temple, Amritsar. India Singh Sabha Gurdwara, Austin. Texas The Singh Sabha Gurdwara of Austin (SSGA) is made up of a small but growing community from Austin and surrounding areas. We formed the Gurdwara in early 1995 as a chapter of the Sikh Study Circle (DFW) of Irving, Texas. The Singh Sabha Gurdwara was established in early 2001. It continued as a chapter of the Sikh Study Circle until the Singh Sabha Gurdwara was registered with the State of Texas in May 2003 as an independent non-profit tax exempt organization. We are fortunate to have access to the Shepherd of the Hills Church for our monthly Kirtan Diwans. Our prayers and expectations are to establish our own Gurdwara complex in the very near future.
